OUR PROCESS OF BUILDING YOUR VISION

We meet with you in person at your home to get to know each other and see if you think our company is a good fit for your needs.  We'll discuss your vision for the project, your time frame, and your budget, all at no cost to you.

Some of the more complex projects may require a Design Agreement ; e.g.,  projects outside your typical bathroom remodel, and may require a foundation, moving interior walls, or a design.    We will review any photos and measurements of the project area, and reflect upon the conversation we had to create a custom design and  plan for your project.  This small fee is a fraction of the overall budget and credits your design and estimating costs in the early stages of the larger projects.  This fee is reduced from the total project costs should you choose to move forward with our company and the proposed plan.

Once the project cost or Design Plan project cost is agreed upon, we meet again to finalize the conditions, confirm the budget, the  scope of work and discuss a payment schedule that coincides with a work completion schedule.  once the agreement is finalized we  order materials, apply for permits and schedule the project.

Now is when you start to see your vision come to life!  We'll keep you informed about your project, update you on timelines, keep your daily life uninterrupted as possible, and adress any concerns you may have along the way.
